Gel Pepper Spray Vs Stream
When you’re deciding between gel pepper spray vs stream, the stream formula wins for everyday carry — it travels fast, shoots straight, and doesn’t drift back into your face on a windy day. The Pepper Shot Lipstick Pepper Spray – 1.2% MC, Stream, UV Dye packages that reliable stream delivery into something that looks like a tube of lipstick, so it’s always in reach without broadcasting what it is.
Our Top Pick: Pepper Shot Lipstick Pepper Spray
Stream spray shoots in a tight, targeted line — less blowback risk than gel, and faster contact than fog. This one hides in plain sight. Slip it in your purse, your pocket, or your hand, and nobody gives it a second look. The UV dye marks an attacker for later identification, and the 1.2% Major Capsaicinoids formula means real stopping power in a package barely bigger than a real lipstick.
- Stream delivery — targeted, wind-resistant, low blowback risk
- UV marking dye for post-incident identification
- Discreet lipstick design — half-ounce, purse or pocket ready

What to Look For in Gel Pepper Spray vs Stream Options
- Stream shoots straight and resists wind — gel sticks on contact but can be slower to reach the eyes
- Concentration matters: look for Major Capsaicinoids (MC) percentage, not just OC — MC is the real measure of heat
- Size and carry method: a spray you leave at home because it’s awkward is no spray at all
- UV dye adds an identification layer that works even after the threat is gone
